How do I get my tickets?
Soon after you have completed your booking your e-ticket will be sent directly to your email. Mobile tickets are also accepted.
How does it work?
Madame Tussauds: Please arrive on the designated date and time. Scan the barcode on your e-ticket and skip the line to Madame Tussauds.
London Eye: Skip the line to the box office and check in at the desk for pre-booked tickets in the ticket hall and wait for the next available gondola. Please note: Your ticket is a standard ticket, not a Fast-Track ticket.
How long are my tickets valid?
Your Madame Tussauds tickets are only valid on the specified date and time slot. Your tickets for the London Eye are valid for one month.
What ticket types are available?

Child (3-15)
Infant (0-2): Free of charge
How do I get my 10% discount voucher?
On your e-ticket there is a link to your exclusive 10% discount voucher for the Madame Tussauds souvenir shop. Please print out the discount voucher and present it to the cashier to redeem your 10% discount.

The pass was easy to download and show for each attraction. My wife liked this more than I or the kids. You could spend 4 hours at Madame Tussaud's. The cafe had some great scones and clotted cream. The Eye had a good sized line that moved really fast. The total time on the Eye was 30 mins. I wasn't really impressed - it's just a bigger ferris wheel.
