The London Eye is situated next to The Thames River and just across from the Big Ben, and it offers a unique view of the city of London that can be also be enjoyed at night.
A full turn at the famous Ferris wheel, in one of the 32 enclosed capsules, takes around 30 minutes, and at the highest point sits 135 meters above sea level. A ride on the London Eye is a “one of a kind” experience.
We sell two types of tickets to London Eye:
1) “Adult” and “Child” are regular/normal tickets. If you buy these tickets, you skip the line to the box office (The Ticket Hall). Instead of queuing to buy tickets, you go straight to the "Pre-paid Ticket desk/Priority Ticket Desk" in The Ticket Hall and exchange your voucher/e-ticket for your original tickets. When you have your original tickets, you go straight to the wheel, and stand in line for the first free capsule. This line cannot be skipped using the regular/normal tickets, but you still save lots of time by skipping the box office queue.
2) “Fast Track Tickets”. If you buy these tickets, you skip both the line to the box office (The Ticket Hall) and the line to the wheel. In this case instead of queuing to buy tickets, you go straight to the "Pre-paid Ticket desk/Priority Ticket Desk" in The Ticket Hall and exchange your voucher/e-ticket for your original tickets. When you have your original tickets, you go straight to the wheel where you get access to the first free capsule. The “Fast Track Ticket” is by far the quickest and most comfortable way to experience The London Eye for you and your companions. The “Fast Track Ticket” is only available at one rate for both adults and children. NB: At the weekends, holidays and bank holidays, there might be some queuing even at the Fast Track entrance to the wheel. However, it will still be the quickest way to get a gondola on The London Eye.
Choosing Your Tickets Select the date you arrive in London as the “valid from” date; your tickets are valid for 1 month from the “valid from” date you select. Select the number of tickets and click on “SEARCH”. Then simply select either “Adult” or Child” (children aged 4-15 years qualify). Children younger than 4 years are free as long as they are accompanied by an adult. At this stage, you may select any additional tickets you would like to book for other attractions or for transport in London.

Getting the tickets in advance was the way to go. It took us only 15 min. after we arrive to be up in the Gondola enjoying the view & one of the greatest cities in the world: London.
we did this at the end of the afternoon , just when the lights come on, at almost 6p.m.. by the time we were finished it was just about night. I thought it was the very best time of the day to do this and it turned out to be right.
This was most definitely a highlight of our trip to London! It is a "must do" and provides panoramic views unequalled. Aside from the spectacular views, it is very helpful in determining landmarks and their distances. The lineup looked daunting but we were extraordinarily pleased that we had pre-booked enabling us to go directly onto the Eye. It is very well organized and even the long lines move quickly and efficiently. Loved everything about the experience!
I had purchased the fast track tickets and that was great as I walk with a cane and standing is hard on me.
With the fast track we got in the car real quick. I would really recommend it.
It was great to have the fast track ticket. It enabled us to jump the queue and we got on board immediately. Great way to see the city from above.
Great way to see the Thames and all the sghts! Definitely happy we bought our tickets in advance to avoide the HUGE lines. Great service, thank you.
What a great way to see the sights of London. The weather was mild so it wasn/t too hot in the capsule and it was clear so we had a fantastic view. By prepurchasing the tickets by fast track we didn't have to queue which was great. We enjoyed the 5 minute 3D feature before going on the eye too.
The eye gives a wonderful opportunity to view London in not oversaturated cabin.
We booked a fast track ticket online, but had to spend some time replacing our voucher with real tickets. We then had to line up for the fast track for about 30 minutes. The regular lane looked just a bit longer.
We felt that it didn't justify the extra cost.
My family and I had a great experience at London Eye
